Have a design in mind? We'd love to turn it into a custom embroidered patch just for you. Whether it's a pet portrait, a family crest, a band logo, or a design you've sketched yourself, our team can bring it to life in thread.

Step 1: Send Us Your Idea

Email us at vividthreadlab79@gmail.com with a photo, sketch, or description of your design. Let us know the size you'd like and how many patches you need.

Step 2: Review Your Free Digital Proof

Our artists will turn your idea into a digital mockup showing thread colors, size, and backing type. We won't start stitching until you approve the design.

Step 3: We Stitch It By Hand

Once approved, your patch goes into production on our embroidery machines. Most custom orders are completed within 7-10 business days.

Step 4: Delivered To Your Door

We package and ship your finished patches worldwide, with tracking included.

Good To Know

Minimum order for custom designs is 5 patches. Pricing depends on size, stitch detail, and quantity - we'll always send a quote before you commit to anything. Rush production may be available for an additional fee, just ask.
