When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. ThreadLab Embroidery Studio reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your order is considered accepted only once ThreadLab Embroidery Studio confirms such acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before an order is approved. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as ThreadLab Embroidery Studio may be unable to process cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we are unable to accept, adjust, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
Your purchases may only be refunded or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that the products you purchase are for personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, and will be shown in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or events outside our control. Once we hand off a product to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

ThreadLab Embroidery Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Service to you. However, any purchase you make through our store is a transaction directly with ThreadLab Embroidery Studio. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and ThreadLab Embroidery Studio, including any loss, damage, or injury arising from products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your transactions and purchases with ThreadLab Embroidery Studio.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We will notify you of any such claim, provided that a delay in notice will not relieve your obligations except to the extent you are materially prejudiced.
